Assessments and Potential Evaluations
We base our assessments on the DNLA-method (Discovery of Natural Latent Abilities) developped by the Max Planck institute.
DNLA Social Competence is an instrument that measures
potentials in the four dimensions of social compentence:
Performance-orientation, interpersonal relationships,
will to
succeed and ability to cope with pressure
DNLA further includes a whole series of other instruments to measure different aspects of the personality, leadership qualities, etc.:
- DNLA Management
- DNLA Work climate
- DNLA High performance teams
- DNLA
Sales potential
The results are refined in a structured interview in presence of the client or an assesor.
What makes DNLA special?
- Fully computerised assessment system, based on the latest developments of work psychology
- Performance optimisation through focus on specific points as opposed to personality evaluation at a certain point in time
- Clear Feedback
- Customised development program for every participant
- Control of results through repetition of the analysis after the training phase
