Client Zone FAQ

Client functionalities

The site includes a login zone for clients where all candidate profiles, project reporting, milestones and effective as well as planned dates of a specific project can be consulted at all times. The platform also allows for multiple users on the client side and direct messaging. It is fully functional on all major mobile devices.

Where to login

To access the Client Zone visit: www.kurt-schindler.ch/client-zone or you may access it by clicking on the correspondng menu item located in the lower lefthand corner of the homepage of www.kurt-schindler.ch

You will then be presented with the following login screen, where you may enter your supplied username and password emailed to you by your consultant.

Editing your profile

You may modify your password and profile language at any time by clicking on the profile icon (second icon from the right at the top of the screen)

and then on the “Edit” Tab:

Choosing a project

Please select your project on the right of the screen.

Interacting with your project

Project description

Click on the “description” button in the 1^st tab.

Milestones or project history

Click on the second tab. This shows the overall planification of the assignment. Click on “Done Milestones” to see steps already finished.

Reporting

Click on the 4th tab. This shows the activity reports.

Contract, job description and full profiles of the candidates presented by AIMS International Switzerland

Click on the relevant folder in the tab with the diskette.
