Apart from AIMS Switzerland, we also operate 2 other companies, Kurt Schindler, a well established Management Search and Selection company with an excellent name and OP Consulta, an outplacement company that has been active in the German part of Switzerland for over 20 years. We are looking for successful individuals with an excellent contact network, an entrepreneurial mindset and good sales skills combined with outstanding analytical faculties. A superior education and several years of experience in a management or consulting position, as well as fluency in English and at least one national language are expected.
We offer a good brand name, integration in an existing and successful team and a proven Search and Selection methodology within an strong national and international framework, as well as attractive remuneration models.
